Marks of Existence – PAD London
2024
Estudio Persona is pleased to be a part of ‘Marks of Existence’, a new collection of collectible furniture pieces designed by a global selection of artists by “Movimento Gallery. For this occasion we designed the Rest tables. Each work, while united by materials, speaks the language of the artist; the culture and past experiences of each artist permanently imprinted into a physical piece. The concept behind ‘Rest’ emerged from an appreciation for the enduring appeal of marble. It’s aim was to maintain the natural strength of the material while instilling a sense of fluidity. ‘Rest’ embodies a gentle wave, seamlessly blending the solid foundation of rock with the graceful curves concealed within.
Bania x Estudio Persona
2024
Exploring the interplay of light and shadow, the four-piece towelling collection draws inspiration from the phenomena of ‘umbra’. The collection is realised in a tonal colour palette of Stone, Sand, Rust and Bark. Clean, recurrent lines, in varying weights, form a linear pattern on each towel. A first for BAINA, the UMBRA collection is crafted entirely from cut pile, organic cotton velour, creating a plush texture and velvety surface for enhanced softness. The application of a jacquard technique contrasts raised blocks of terry against the base fabric of each towel. The resulting tonal variants reference the effect of shadow, and ‘umbra’.
Resident Launch
2024
At Resident we are thrilled to announce a new design collaboration, our first with duo Emiliana Gonzalez and Jessie Young, the Co-Founders of LA based Estudio Persona. Resident and Estudio Persona met in 2022 and realised that both studios share a common goal of producing unconventional products with simple but strong lines, to form sculptural statement pieces. The debut product of our collaboration is the aptly named Phase Lights, which are to be released globally on May 15th.
Ardray Collaboration
2024
In developing our latest work in collaboration with @ardraywhisky – we chose to work with natural materials that stand the test of time, honoring the craftsmanship behind its blend, whilst reminding us of the importance of craftsmanship upheld by our manufacturers. We have utilized brushed metal and oiled wood, aiming for simplicity that shows the innate beauty of each material. Combining these materials under a contemporary perspective.

The roving design platform — the gallery is based online but often pops up in locations across the globe — showed the work of four designers and studios that are leading the region’s contemporary design scene: Mark Grattan, Andrea Vargas Dieppa, Estudio Persona and Habitación 116.
